Invitation to participate: AFF hybrid side event at UNCCD COP 15

On the sidelines of the UNCCD COP 15 which will take place from 9-20 May 2022 in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, AFF will organize a hybrid side event, ‘Supporting livelihoods and land restoration under changing climate: challenges, opportunities and policy implications’, on 14 May 2022 at 09:00 – 11:00 GMT / 12.00P.M-2.00P.M Nairobi time.

The  event is in line with COP15’s theme, Land. Life. Legacy: From scarcity to prosperity and will particularly aim to contribute to the discussions on shifting patterns in production and consumption as well as on land restoration. Further, discuss with attendees, some policy implications for sustainable land / vegetation management.
