Oxford HR – an executive search firm for the international development sector- is currently supporting WeForest, an NGO focusing on restoring forests and landscapes, with finding a Programme Director to lead their environmental work in Africa.

The ideal candidate must have proven senior management experience and results in the environmental sector, including substantial experience in a leadership role to support WeForest’s extremely fast growth. Working knowledge of Africa and availability to travel is essential as well. Preference is for candidates to be based in Zambia, Malawi, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Johannesburg, or Nairobi, with intermittent travel to Europe.
