Mr. Ntungwe Ngalame Elias is a journalist and member of the AFF Governing Council. He holds a Bsc in Mass Communication and diploma in Sociology from the University of Buea, 1997 Cameroon. He also got training in Climate Change reporting at Thomson Reuters Foundation-London. He is a multiple award-winning environment Journalist writing for Thomson Reuters, University World News, spore.cta.int, Pamacc news etc. He is the Central African region coordinator of Pan African Media Alliance for Climate Change, PAMACC.

He is the publisher of Eco OUTLOOK Newspaper, a weekly tabloid on environment and development issues, and also runs an online version, ecooutlooknews.com.
