This report contains the outcomes of the planning phase of a joint project between the African Forest Forum and the Royal Swedish Academy of Agriculture and Forestry. The project started in early 2009 as one of seven activities under Sidas three-year grant to AFFs initial operations. The project is described more in detail in section 1.2.
