The 6th World Congress on Agroforestry (WCA2025) will be held from 17 to 20 November 2025 in Kigali, Rwanda. This landmark event will gather scientists, practitioners, policymakers, and development partners to advance the role of agroforestry in tackling pressing global challenges — from climate change and food insecurity to biodiversity loss and land degradation.

Hosted in Africa for the first time, the Congress will spotlight the continent's innovations and leadership in scaling agroforestry as a nature-based solution that contributes to resilient food systems, livelihoods, and ecological restoration.
